Not transferable to anyone other than the name on the voucher. The 12 month expiry will not be extended. If you book an appointment for the voucher and do not turn up to your appointment your voucher will be invalid. You must mention the voucher on booking your appointment. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or honoured. You must present your voucher upon receiving the treatment.
